Now you can have Lottery News and Winning Numbers sent directly to your computer or your mobile device. Subscribers must be at least 18 years of age to register. Reasonable care will be utilized to ensure that registration data which may personally identify you is kept in a secured location. However, please be aware that, except as protected by law, such information may be subject to disclosure pursuant to the North Carolina Public Records Act, N.C.G.S. ยง132-1 et seq.
The NCEL shall endeavor to provide our subscribers with email updates; however due to the unpredictable manner of email handling and filtering practices across the Internet, guaranteed delivery is beyond the NCEL's control.

SMS/Text Message Updates
North Carolina Education Lottery provides SMS/text messages to subscribers for updates of Winning Numbers twice daily, once after the Daytime Pick 3 Drawing and again in the evening after all draws are completed. You may Subscribe or Unsubscribe at any time.
